We implement a rigorous evaluation process for raw material, semi-finished, and finished goods suppliers to ensure they operate within controlled parameters. Each supplier undergoes an annual assessment, and those deemed unsatisfactory are eliminated from consideration.
09、Outgoing Quality Contro
To ensure customer confidence in product quality, we provide customers with inspection reports detailing product specifics after completion of processing. We only proceed with shipments after customer review and approval of the inspection report.

If customers encounter issues upon receiving the products, please promptly provide feedback to Eako. We will analyze and improve based on the issues and provide customers with a Corrective and Preventive Action Report.
