Supply chain management
● We can conduct supplier audits on-site for our customers and provide professional supplier review reports.
● We review all suppliers working with Eako in the first week of June and December each year to assess whether we can continue to work with Eako, and if the results of the audit do not meet Eako's standards, we will eliminate them and provide feedback and a report to the customer.
● For suppliers that cannot be replaced under special circumstances, we will report to the customer and resume cooperation after confirmation from the customer.

Eako provides free samples of ≤$500 to customers.
MOQ
Eako has no MOQ, quantity will be negotiated according to customer's demand.
Order tracking
We fully follow up on orders from the time they are placed to the time they are received by the customer, providing weekly updates on the progress of the order on Wednesdays.
Cost down
● For customers who have been working together for more than 2 years and are in good standing, the advance payment for Eako customers can be negotiated.
● Eako can handle prices openly, and we are willing to share Eako's actual purchase orders with our customers, leaving more profit margins for our customers.
● When the total purchase amount of the customer reaches the range specified by Eako, the customer is entitled to the corresponding rebate.
● Customers who work with Eako more than once and refer new customers to place an order will receive a 5% discount on their next order.
Quality control
● Eako can provide customers with free tests ≤ $300 to check the physical or chemical properties of products.
● Eako provides customers with product inspection reports and containerization reports before each shipment.
● Eako can help customers to prepare standard operation procedure (SOP) manuals for their products according to their requirements, and implement them after checking by customers.
Reception
● We will assign a sales manager to provide you with enthusiastic, professional, efficient (timely) personal service 24 hours a day.
● In the communication between Eako salespersons and customers, appropriate advice will be provided to help customers to better expand their markets based on the customer's situation and the current market situation.
● When our customers arrive in China, we will give them a warm reception. During their stay, Eako provides free pick-up and drop-off service and arranges a full-time driver to accompany them to any destination.
